My Turn To Drive School specializes in teaching novice drivers on defensive driving techniques and educating students on the rules of the road. My Turn To Drive School is certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Education to provide drivers education instruction in Pennsylvania. Students who participate in our state approved 30 hour classroom program may do so at the age of fifteen and do not need a permit to attend. Students who wish to schedule behind the wheel lessons must be 16 years of age and possess a valid Pennsylvania learners permit.
We believe there are three major reasons for your son and/or daughter to participate in our defensive driving course and behind the wheel lessons. Primarily, the development of the proper skills and attitudes toward defensive driving coupled with the knowledge of the rules of the road will put your teenager in a position to become the safest driver possible. Additionally, most insurance companies will provide your son or daughter with a premium discount upon successful completion of our classroom course. Lastly, by completing the 30 hour classroom portion of drivers education in Pennsylvania and the 6 hours of behind the wheel instruction, students may be eligible to obtain their senior license at the age of 17 1/2. Please contact us to see when the next class starts or to schedule your behind the wheel lessons. Thank you and stay safe!
