My Turn To Drive School's instructors are highly-trained, experienced and dedicated to the success of our students.

Scott J. Seibert, M.S. Ed.

Director

 

Scott is in his 12th year of teaching driver's education to the high school students in the the Delaware Valley.  He is passionate about teaching driver's education to novice drivers.  Scott believes that in addition to learning the rules of the road and defensive driving techniques that it is of the utmost importance to learn how to identify risk and utilize risk avoidance strategies to remain accident free. In addition to teaching driver's education, Scott teaches video production and web design classes.  In his spare time, he can be found traveling and geocaching with his two sons or trying to play golf.

Michael Borsch, M.A. Ed.

Mike has logged hundreds of hours of on the road driving instruction. Mike believe's that defensive driving knowledge is the key to a good driver. When Mike is not driving he is an Autistic Support teacher.  Mike enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and mountain biking with his family around the world.

 

Brian P. Feeney, M.A. Ed.

Brian has two teenage drivers in his household and he knows the importance of educating novice drivers to help ensure their safety and those with whom they’ll share the road.  Brian is skilled at delivering driver's education instruction both in the classroom and behind the wheel to the students on the Main Line.  Brian comes from a law enforcement family and is a career educator with over 20 years of teaching experience.  Brian’s free time is spent enjoying his daughter and son's sporting events and playing golf.

Peter J. Dawson, J.D., M.A. Ed.

Pete has taught Social Studies for the past 20 years and enjoys teaching the driver’s education theory classes.  Pete is also skilled at taking students out on the road for behind the wheel instruction.  Pete believes that experience on the road and anticipation of driving conditions are the key to safe driving.  Pete is also a girls basketball and ultimate frisbee coach.  He lives in the Radnor School district and is married with two children.  Pete enjoys cycling, golfing and sitting in a chair on the beach.

Phillip (Chet) Laubach, M.A. Ed.

Instructor

 

Chet Laubach has been a teacher and a coach for over 20 years.  Chet believes that everyone can learn to become excellent driver with the proper instruction and he takes great pride in watching his students improve with each lesson.  Planning, positioning and patience is one of Mr. Laubach's mantras and he loves to teach.  Chet lives in Broomall with his wife and he has a daughter who was recently married.  When not in the car, you may see Chet on his bike or running unless he is working in his yard by his pool.

Peter Kosmalski

Peter Kosmalski is in his tenth year as a campus aide at an area high school. Having a good and positive rapport with the students is one of the aspects of his present position that he most enjoys.  Prior to his career in education, Peter's career was with the Philadelphia Police Department, first as a patrolman and later as a detective.  He retired with twenty-five years of service.  Peter is interested in working with young drivers to make sure they are given a solid and safe driving foundation.  He believes that reinforcing good driving habits through supervised practice is the best way to help our young people become competent, safe drivers.  In his spare time, Peter enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, spending time with his three grandsons and summer travel with his wife.

Russ Loue, M.A. Ed.

Web Design, Development & Communications
 

Russ is responsible for maintaining the company's website and spearheading our communications initiatives through all outlets.  Russ is married with two children and lives in Ardmore, PA.  When Russ is not working you could certainly find him working in an art studio or working on his golf game somewhere.

Mike has been with My Turn to Drive School since early 2016 and truly enjoys spending time helping students to hone their skills behind the wheel.  He believes that safe and defensive driving is the key to student success.  Mike has taught Health & Physical Education in Bucks County since 2000.  He is married and has three beautiful children.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, participating in all types of aquatic activities, snow skiing, rock climbing, and biking.  

James J. Beehler

Hi, my name is James Beehler. I have been teaching Driver Education for over 4 years. I am a retired Police officer with 26 years experience and a retired High School teacher with 13 years, teaching History and Law. I have experience in investigating vehicle accidents and can pass along, to my students, the dangerous situations to avoid in order to become a safe, defensive driver. My goal is SAFE DRIVING SKILLS for your children.
